Our History
The company was set up in 2007 as Tees Property Solutions Ltd. providing property maintenance to local landlords & letting agents as well as offering advice on energy efficiency for domestic properties. This was a part-time venture which grew due to demand into a successful full-time business. Over the following years we increased our portfolio of clients, taking on new members of staff. This allowed us to increase the amount of services we could offer & in turn grow our business. This resulted in us being appointed Principal Contractor on a £2m refurbishment and new build project. The reputation we gained allowed us to increase our client base and broaden our catchment area. In 2015 we decided to rebrand the company and Warsett Ltd. was launched.
